LeBron Raymone James Sr. is an American basketball professional that is a player for the Los Angeles Lakers in the National Basketball Association. He was a prep-to-pro player, and was chosen by the Cleveland Cavaliers with the first overall selection in the 2003 NBA draft. In 2004, he was named NBA Rookie of The year, he swiftly established himself as a leading player within the NBA and was awarded the NBA MVP Award in 2009 and 2010. James, who was unable to be crowned the champion in Cleveland 2010, resigned in the year 2010. He was an unrestricted free agent to join as a player with the Miami Heat.
