Azzyland is an Canadian internet star with a massive fanbase thanks to her videos of cosplay which she posts on her self-titled YouTube channel. The YouTube star is an actor in cosplay as well as a gamer. The website has a subscriber base of 13,4 million. After becoming famous via the web, she tried her own hand at hosting. Now she is one of most popular presenters at the annual YouTube event Before They Were Famous. Her professional gaming experience is connected to the wildly popular video game show The Legend of Zelda. Azzyland also set an internet record for her continuous twerking all day long. Azzyland has over 2 million Instagram followers. Azzyland later recorded all of her costumes and uploaded the videos on her YouTube channel that she set up to post her costumes. The videos of Azzyland became an instant success and quickly became a cult on the Internet. When she was made an official cosplay character, Azzyland was spotted at events all around the world. McCrudden interviewed her, after having been fascinated by her fame instantly. McCrudden was awed by her ability to be attractive before a camera as he interviewed her. McCrudden later asked her to host the series on YouTube Before They Were Famous. Azzyland was unable to sleep for the first couple of days she hosted the show due to her confusion over celebrity names. Her troubles began when she was caught addressing the gamer FaZe as Jason Eugene Vonderhaar. In the aftermath of the incident she became the focus of a variety of memes. There was also public outrage against her. FaZe Jen was happy with the apology she made in her video.
