Her food comes from her curiosity about the culture in Los Angeles, which was ignited by a trip in Los Angeles from Long Island's suburbs. Carnitas and Cavatellis in the same dish is her ideology. Scopa Italian Roots, which Lofaso established in 2013 was well-received because it was inspired by her Italian tradition. Lofaso's take on old-school Italian has been called one of Los Angeles' most compelling Italian eateries. The restaurant serves delicious and consistent food at Scopa, a neighborhood favorite. The patrons call it authentic and satisfying. Lofaso worked as an apprentice to culinary masters learning their methods and taking risks. She never hesitated to take risks to pursue her instincts. She was in close contact with many famous people and quickly rose through the ranks of Wolfgang Puck's Spago. Lofaso established Black Market Liquor Bar with Sal Aurora and Mario Guddemi in Studio City, California. With Black Market and the business alliances she created, Lofaso was able to find her home. Lofaso achieved her dream of creativity by working with her. Black Market's intention is not to limit itself by any means. The course will begin by serving dill-flavored chips on potato Shishito peppers, then continue with Korean Wings. Antonia is the center of this dizzying assortment. Lofaso has, over the course of her professional career, has evaluated her the success of her show by how she knows her target audiences. Also, she stays true to who she is.
